TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

JOB DESCRIPTION: Conducting trademark filing, registration, monitoring, and renewal processes as part of the applicant's trademark registration activities.

GENERAL TERMS:

1. Trademark Filing Application

Preliminary search service regarding absolute and relative grounds for refusal before filing the trademark application,
Service for determining the goods and services to which the trademark application will relate,

2. Appeal Against a Refusal Decision Issued by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office

Appeal service against refusal decisions rendered regarding our trademark applications,

3. Filing Observations Against an Opposition to Our Published Trademark

Service for submitting observations against oppositions filed against the publication of our trademark application,

This service will be handled separately for each opposition. If a single opposing party raises multiple supporting trademarks in one opposition, the examination of the opposition with respect to all supporting trademarks is included in this service,

4. Filing Opposition Against Third-Party Applications Published in the Bulletin

Service fee for scanning publications in the Official Bulletin for all registered or pending trademarks and filing oppositions against published trademarks in the Bulletin.

5. Written Opposition Against a Published Trademark

Service fee for filing oppositions against trademark applications published in the Official Bulletin by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office that are identical or similar to our registered or pending trademarks,

6. Trademark Renewal

Service fee for each trademark to be renewed within the renewal period,

7. Recording of Legal Transactions Concerning the Trademark in the Register

Service fee for recording trademark license, assignment, security, and similar transactions in the register.

DESIGN REGISTRATION

GENERAL TERMS

SCOPE OF WORK:

Conducting filing, registration, monitoring, and renewal processes as part of the company's design registration activities.

1. Design Filing Application

Preliminary search service regarding novelty and distinctiveness criteria before filing the design registration application,

Examination of visual representations in accordance with the relevant Regulation,

Preparation of the specification based on the visual representations of the design.

2. Appeal Against a Refusal Decision Issued by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office

Attorney service for appealing each refusal decision rendered by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office concerning our design applications.

3. Filing Observations Against an Opposition to Our Published Design

Service for submitting observations against oppositions filed against the design registration application within 3 months from the date our design application is published in the Official Bulletin by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.

4. Filing Opposition Against Third-Party Published Design Applications

Service fee for scanning publications in the Official Bulletin throughout the year for all registered or pending designs and filing oppositions against counterfeit/copy designs.

5. Design Renewal

Renewal service for each design to be renewed within the design renewal period (5 years).

6. Recording of Legal Transactions Concerning the Design in the Register

Service fee for recording design license, assignment, security, and similar transactions in the register.
